All services are exempt from VAT. No additional charges are applied outside office hours. Appointments that are not cancelled within 48 hours will be fully charged. When you have an appointment on a Monday, it is important to cancel the Friday before and before 8:00 PM.

Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the session. Payment in advance of appointments originated from coaching with horses and I have always applied this practice, because unpaid invoices do not generate positive energy for anyone and I simply do not have the time to pursue them.

A referral letter is not required. The average waiting period is 1 – 2 weeks, but it can also be possible that the intake can be scheduled in the same week. I work every working day and also regularly on Saturdays. If a Saturday suits you best, please mention this in the e-mail. Working hours range from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, but exceptions can be made. Hope to see you soon.
