Solmir Colors, Practice for the Future, is registered by number 66675545 at the Chamber of Commerce.
Solmir Colors, Practice for the Future is located at Sint-Oedenrodeseweg 11 in Best and is managed by
psychologist Mireille Kersten, hereinafter referred to as healthcare provider.

1. General terms and conditions:
* The General terms and conditions apply to anyone who has registered for a service with healthcare
provider, hereinafter referred to as client.
* Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed in writing.
* By using a service at healthcare provider, client agrees to these terms and conditions and possible
consequences in case of violation of these terms and conditions.

2. Responsibility:
* Registration and participation in the sessions are entirely voluntary.
* Each client is fully responsible for his or her actions and their consequences during and after the
sessions.
* It is the client’s responsibility to behave in a motivated manner and in accordance with appropriate
standards and values during the sessions.
* It is the responsibility of the client to ask for additional information and explanations in case of
ambiguities.
* It goes without saying that everyone’s privacy is guaranteed and that the duty of confidentiality is
observed and upheld.
* If consultation with third parties is required in the client’s interest, the client’s permission will always
be sought first.
* If there is a compelling reason not to continue the treatment, both the client and healthcare provider
are entitled to terminate the treatment unilaterally.

3. Privacy / AVG:
Healthcare provider respects clients’ privacy and handles their data with care. Personal data (name,
address, place of residence, telephone number, email address) and all matters discussed and written
down remain confidential. Notes are taken only for personal use.

4. Prices:
Prices are listed separately on the website, namely:
One-to-one session, on location or online:
45 – 50 minutes

One-to-one session long, on location or online:
75 – 80 minutes

45 – 50 minutes

All services are exempt from VAT. There is no extra charge outside office hours. Appointments that are
not cancelled within 48 hours will be charged in full. If the client has an appointment on a Monday,
cancellations should be made no later than the previous Friday, before 8pm.

5. Payment terms:
*The client complies with the payment obligation. In the event of an employer programme/request
from a third party, payment will be made by the employer/third party.
*Payment for a session should be made in advance by bank transfer, no later than 24 hours before the
session takes place. The invoice will be sent by e-mail, together with the appointment confirmation.
Client agrees to transfer the payment to account NL70RABO0311775128 to Solmir Colors, Practice for
the Future in Best.
*If payment is not made at least 24 hours prior to the session, the session cannot take place and a
payment reminder will follow. If the client does not fulfil the obligation within 8 days from the date of
the payment reminder, healthcare provider, is entitled to charge an administration fee at the second
reminder.
*In case of late payment, healthcare provider is entitled to suspend further treatment until the client
has fulfilled the payment obligation.

6. Cancellation:
Cancellation or rescheduling of a session should be done no later than 48 hours in advance. If an
appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance, the full costs will be charged. In case
of late or no cancellation, this means for healthcare provider, that no other appointment can be
scheduled that time period, thus lost time.

7. Liability:
* Healthcare provider excludes any liability in respect of any damage or injury arising out of or in
connection with the services offered by healthcare provider.
* Services provided by healthcare provider do not constitute a guarantee of anything.

8. Amendment of terms and conditions:
Healthcare provider is entitled at any time to amend these general terms and conditions. The general
terms and conditions, as they read at the time before the amendment, shall continue to apply to the
services that had been established at that time. Subsequent services will then be subject to the new
general terms and conditions.

9. Professional Organisation:
Insofar as the services fall within the field of expertise of the professional organisation NIP, to which
healthcare provider, c.q. NIP-Psychologist is affiliated, then the healthcare provider is bound by the
provisions of the professional organisation during sessions. The complaint regulation of the professional
organisation in question is valid to the extent that any complaint falls within the scope of the complaint
regulation invoked by the client or psychologist.

10. Applicable law:
The agreements and services between healthcare provider and the client are governed by Dutch law.
